Blender backport for nabia
Thomas Schiex has discontinued packaging blender for versions newer than xenial. The replacement ppa linked in Thomas Schiex's page is this one: https://launchpad.net/~savoury1/+archive/ubuntu/blender
However, according to the new ppa, this installation has more requirements:
- Running dependency:
ppa:savoury1/ffmpeg4 - Extra build dependencies:
ppa:savoury1/build-tools,ppa:savoury1/backportsppa:savoury1/graphicsppa:savoury1/multimedia - Blender 2.92+ requires Python 3.9+. The author recommends installing Numpy using pip. Is there really a workaround for this?
