Broken "Reset All Panels"

Solved in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mate-panel/+bug/2017319

Note: The default Trisquel 11 installation must be upgraded (sudo apt-get dist-upgrade) in order to use the "Reset All Panels", otherwise it will crash and continue to consume a lot of CPU indefinitely.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
