watchdog skips some not-built packages
The watchdog sometimes fails to detect packages which are not built. Example: package-helpers!489 (closed)
@Ark74 suggested that a possible reason is that after many tries with a failed built, the watchdog gave up and skipped the build. Still, if that were the case, it would probably be appropriate that the watchdog throws a warning informing about it.
