Bring flidas-like gtk theme to etiona
Updates the trisquel-gtk-theme from flidas using newer bluementa css.
Mostly like the flidas theme now. There are likely some tweaks needed, but it's a start that results in a usable desktop (8.0 trisquel-gtk-theme is completely broken for newer GTK in etiona).
