forum does not show latest posts

The problem is that the forum does not show the latest posts when I am not logged in. The posts display when I log in though.

For example the post (https://trisquel.info/en/forum/scan-brightnesscontrat-adjustment) has 1 response by prospero, but the response is hidden from not logged in users. Is this a new feature I didn't know about?
