for the following packages it looks like an issue for freedom. Naming:
lure-of-the-temptress
flight-of-the-amazon-queen
drascula
beneath-a-steel-sky
Also questioning about scummvm as it is foremost only an interpreter instead of a complete new implementation of the engines. Many non-free licensed games are able to run with it, but that's it's most only point. So perhaps an issue with the FSDG?

I believe the 'console-setup-freebsd' binary package should be removed from aramo. The binary package is not in jammy and the binary package is not built by current source code for the 'console-setup' package that is in aramo. It appears to have been built by an earlier version of 'console-setup' but later removed, and Trisquel's archive tooling doesn't prune binary packages which are no longer relevant.
I'm not sure this is the correct project to report this to, is there any project where this belongs? Or would this be a manual operation?
PS. This came from analyzing https://gitlab.trisquel.org/trisquel/trisquel-builder/-/issues/11https://gitlab.trisquel.org/trisquel/ubuntu-purge/-/issues/6ScummVM games have nonfree license2023-12-12T14:22:19ZDenis CarikliScummVM games have nonfree licenseThe following packages have that in their license:

And the FSDG has that:
Non-functional Data:
--------------------
Data that isn't functional, that doesn't do a practical job, is more of an adornment to the system's software than a part of it. Thus, we don't insist on the free license criteria for non-functional data. It can be included in a free system distribution as long as its license gives you permission to copy and redistribute, both for commercial and non-commercial purposes. For example, some game engines released under the GNU GPL have accompanying game information—a fictional world map, game graphics, and so on—released under such a verbatim-distribution license. This kind of data can be part of a free system distribution, even though its license does not qualify as free, because it is non-functional.
