As lap4fsf says here , dns prefetching is disabled but commented, on line 17.

@ruben , do you remember why it isn't enabled by default?

I've reworked it on 22fc9a71.

I don't remember why prefetching wasn't enabled by default, seems like the piece of code was added commented back then, I've uncommented it now.

I also fixed two regressions, one to hide the config button on about:newtab (instead of using about:home on new tabs) and using the aboutabrowser extension as home.
