Fix icedove icon and tidy make-thunderbird

Fix the icedove icon, so it's correct and not the egg icon of thunderbird nightly.

Tidy make-thunderbird a litle, bringing in some of the stuff that's used for abrowser. I'm not entirely sure how much of the telemetry and quantum browser related things make it into a build of icedove, but this seems to do no harm.
