Fix psensor - Missing dependency

Currently installing psensor fails with the following message:

The following packages have unmet dependencies: psensor : Depends: libxnvctrl0 but it is not installable

libxnvctrl0 is built from package nvidia-settings in Debian, which is not built in trisquel
