It's nice to have an emacs that is not too old. The current version is 28.
The dictionaries-common package is also required due to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=968955, though I could not build it locally because of the build-dep debhelper-compat (= 13). Does anyone know how to fix that?
