legacy: remove legacy packages from bionic no longer compilable.

  • check-mk is no longer compilable with aramo's gcc version maybe add previous release built binaries to keep it around.
  • rdiff-backup has a newer version available on the repositories.
    • python-pylibacl is only for dependency purpose for rdiff-backup
    • python-pyxattr is only for dependency purpose for rdiff-backup
