Merge branch 'rm-handbrake' into 'flidas'

Remove make-handbrake

There's already a version present in Ubuntu's repositories. While
the xenial version is quite out of date, the artful version is
rather recent. I opine that we should optimize for Trisquel 9 in
this case.
