11.0/trisquel-meta: add ayatana-settings package to trisquel package deps

Add ayatana-settings to trisquel packages so indicator settings (e.g. displaying battery percentage) can be configured through MATE control center.

Otherwise there is no "Indicators" option in Control Center.
