Remove fpn from exceptions in Abrowser settings of bootable USB
Anytime I have to readjust the Abrowser Privacy&Security settings of the bootable USB after having been logged out, in the Exceptions for "Warn you when websites try to install add-ons" I see (leaving out the dots)
- fpn.firefox.com
- fpn.firefox.com^privateBrowsingId=1
listed as exceptions.
I find this problematic because Firefox Private Network (fpn) uses Cloudflare. Having fpn listed as an exception, so I potentially would not be warned if it tried to install an add-on, makes me feel uncomfortable. Please make Abrowser so fpn does not automatically show up as an exception! A user could always choose to make it an exception if they wanted to. This issue is both with Trisquel 9 and Trisquel mini 10.0.1, which I currently use on bootable USBs. I believe it was also on installed Trisquel 9 at first, until I pressed 'Remove Website' and 'Save Changes' in that particular exception section of the Abrowser settings. I usually remove the exceptions for mozilla add-on as well. [Exception for fpn had also shown up in Firefox settings more than 1 year ago.]
While you look at the settings you may think about whether it is appropriate or necessary that 'Ask to save logins and passwords for websites', 'Autofill logins and passwords' are already pre-checked, Trisquel mini 10.0.1 even has a section 'Forms and Autofill' where 'Autofill addresses' and 'Autofill credit cards' are pre-checked'. If this is not appropriate or necessary, please change it so that these settings come not pre-checked anymore for all users. Thank you!
