Fix libreoffice

Add trisquel and etiona to the conditional build rules when "Ubuntu" and "bionic" are required. This seems to fix the build issue locally and simplifies it.

@Ark74, you may want to review this one, as you wrote the original helper. I guess this approach would also allow to backport libreoffice to nabia without much extra effort.
