2 v2 fuser k fix (first suggestion)

Andrew M. 'Leny' Lindley requested to merge leny2010/package-helpers:2-v2-fuser-k-fix into belenos

The fuser -k causes early termination of makepackage on my system because exit code 1 is returned when there are no open file handles. As per leny2010/package-helpers#2 (closed) this is the first suggested fix for that which addresses just that problem.
