Nabia update deblob scripts

Legimet requested to merge Legimet/package-helpers:nabia-update-deblob-scripts into nabia

Same as !511 (merged), but for nabia. Note that when linux-hwe-5.11 is added, the deblob script will still need to be updated to remove these blobs. You can always manually check arch/powerpc/platforms/8xx/micropatch.c and drivers/media/i2c/vs6624.c to see if the blobs were really removed. These files contain firmware blobs in the form of large arrays of numbers.
