Purge kubuntu-firefox-installer

This is a package preinstalled in Kubuntu that creates a menu entry to install the package "firefox." One can easily install abrowser or icecat using a package manager, and kubuntu-firefox-installer doesn't work in Trisquel anyway, so it's best to remove it.

Fix fsdg ui5017 - wings3d recommends non-free software

wings3d has been dropped by upstream in Belenos, so the easy fix for Toutatis is to exclude it there too.  Further it's 3d modelling software and from what I can work out the only libre rendering engine for it (povray) wasn't libre for Toutatis.
